Fiber Arts Studio Tour

Welcome to the  Fiber Art Studio Tour! We now have monthly Open Studio Days where you can visit from one to five indie dyers and in some cases fiber farmers.  The purpose of the Fiber Art Studio Tour is to create a new opportunity for people in our special cottage industry focusing on Indie-Hand-Dyed fiber art to showcase our art.  And, also to provide you, the knitting public, who are already supportive and enthusiastic, with the opportunity to see the art where it is being created and to participate in an experienced based shopping tour, and to knit  a unique  pattern designed specifically for this event.

There are 5-7 stops to make on this self guided tour throughout the Central Maryland area. Many of these stops has more than one indie dyer or yarnie for you to visit.  You will find artists on farms and in cities.  We look forward to seeing you during our tour.
